Gerald Doss on gas prices: Difference today is 18-28, he says

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

Again, today, gas prices around us and from $2.51-2.61. We still remain at $2.79 Many are wondering why. After all, we all go out of town frequently and gas is always higher in Columbia. But then we just wait until they get someplace else to buy gas. I guess the dealers don't realize how much business they might be losing.

The chili supper and auction is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. Some of the many items scheduled to be auctioned are an antique oak dresser, a six-gun gun cabinet, a wench for a four-wheeler, an air compressor, cakes, and many other items to numerous to mention. We encourage you to come out and enjoy good food, fun, and entertainment as you show your support for the Adair County Band at any or all of these events.- DOYLE LLOYD. | (ID:510, Comment)
