Driver injured when vehicle overturns on Greensburg Street A single vehicle crash just past noon today resulted in one person being injured. Rhonda Pendleton, Russell Springs, KY, was traveling south on Greensburg Street in a 1994 Geo Tracker, when the vehicle dipped off the road, causing her to lose control and overturn. Pendleton was ejected and was transported to Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia by Adair County EMS. The crash occured at 11:20amCT. It was investigated by Columbia Police Sgt.
