Columbia man charged with robbery An Adair County man was arrested aftger an incident which occurred at Wal-Mart on Monday, September 3, 2003. Chris Caldwell, 30, Hurt Street, Columbia, KY, was arrested and charged by City Police with robbery, second degree, and theft by unlawful taking over $300.
