Two Adair County men arrested on rape charges At 4:27am CT, this morning, Friday, August 3, 2005, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, dispatchers received a call reporting that two females were at West Lake Regional Hospital stating they had been raped. Guiseppe Norris, of 773 Fairplay Road, Columbia, KY, and Brian West, 27, of 773 Fairplay Road, Columbia, KY, were arrested. Staci Newsom is a very special person To ColumbiaMagazine.com We would just like to say that we really enjoyed the article about Staci Newsom. Billy, her brother, has of course, known her since birth. I met Staci when she was about twelve years old and have always known from that day that she was a special girl. We are very proud of the decisions that she has made and the woman she has turned out to be. Being the parents of two of her nephews and a niece, we have been able to watch firsthand just how wonderful she truly is with kids.
