Injury accident at intersection of KY 61/80 An injury accident occurred at the intersection of Edmonton Road and Burkesville RD, on Sunday, July 15, 2007. Lisa Parnell, 35, and minor passenger, of Columbia were traveling south on Burkesville Road in a 92 Ford Ranger. Leslie Cornelison age 22 of Columbia traveling east on Edmonton Road in a 95 Chevy Blazer turned onto Burkesville Road and collided with Parnell. Leukemia battle tough, but Timmy returning to ACHS this fall With prayers and wonderful medical attention, especially at Kosair, the future looks much brighter for this remarkable Sparksville teen. Timmy Kerns has kept his smile, through painful treatments, and enjoys hobbies from furniture work hunting and fishing to church activities. He's looking forward to making new friends when he returns to school this year. By Wanda Kerns Timmy's future looks better for him then it did two years ago. Timmy has had two years of home schooling, chemo, and spinals. The future looks much brighter for this young man now. He is still in a coma in Nashville. We are having a motorcycle poker run, dinner, and auction for him on Saturday, August 11, 2007.
