Rogers announces $3 million additional funds for PRIDE Program which has contributed so much to Adair County Roadside Cleanup infused with new funds U.S. Rep. Harold "Hal" Rogers (KY-05) announced yesterday that $3 million in PRIDE funds has been slated for PRIDE in the Congress. The House Appropriations Committee recently approved $2 million in Army Corps of Engineers' funding to advance PRIDE's environmental infrastructure improvement program, and an additional $1 million was approved to support PRIDE's volunteer, education and clean-up efforts.
