Driver loses control in curve, overturns, on US 127 Thomas Dyer, 47, Albany, KY, was operating a 1989 Dodge south on US 127, three miles south of Albany, when he lost control of the vehicle in a a curve and overturned. Dyer, who was not belted, was admitted to Clinton County Hospital in Albany.
