Ann gets guardrails for 2 locations, asks for 9 more installations

State has already given 100 feet of replaced guardrails from Campbellsville Road for installation in Districts 1 and 5; Judge Melton is requesting guardrails at nine more danger spots

Judge Ann Melton thinks more guardrails up on Adair County Roads would go a long way to protecting travellers in Adair County, and she's asking the Kentucky Department of Highways to lend a hand to get them in place.

Jason Harmon: An unforgettable pilgrimmage to Putnam

"My grandmother is almost 80, and she was walking up and down the hills of Putnam like a school girl."

Ed:

During Memorial Day weekend (2007), my Grandma took me for a tour of where she grew up at the John Eli Burton Slew at the Very End of Fairview Road. Then we went to Putnam so she could see her grandma's grave.

I really got a chance to put the places that I have heard about to an exact location.

I will never forget this last trip.
