A.L. Sinclair reports 66.4 miles AC roadways cleared in March Adair County Solid Waste Coordinator A.L. Sinclair reports 66.4 miles of roads were cleaned in March, 2007. The total bags picked up were 975, for a 14.66 bags per mile average. Roads cleared were the following: KY 55N, KY 80E, KY 551, Crooked Creek, Grassy Springs, KY 76, KY 61N, KY 206, Melson Ridge, HWY 3491, HWY 2973. During the month, the clean up crew was out 136 hours. LWC Champion eats medium pizza in under 7 minutes By Duane Bonifer COLUMBIA, KY. - If youre ever pressed for time and want to know the minimum amount of time it takes to eat a medium cheese pizza, ask Lindsey Wilson College student Daniel Burlacu. He can eat one is less than seven minutes. On Wednesday night at Lindsey Wilson's Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference Center, Burlacu consumed all eight slices in six minutes, 52 seconds to win a pizza-eating contest sponsored by the LWC Student Government Association. Burlacu -- a business administration junior from Braila, Romania -- wolfed down his pizza at an average of 51.5 seconds per slice to easily beat nine other competitors. As I stated originally in my email to you, I believed that the situation would become much worse. Well, my prediction seems to have been right.
