The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 24, 2007, at 1:00pm CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with the Rev. Carli Riggs the officiating clergy. Lake Cumberland levels to be reduced immediately The water levels at Lake Cumberland are being reduced starting immediately, in order to reduce pressure on the dam and facilitate repairs. According to the Army Corps of Engineers, Wolf Creek Dam is now considered among their highest risk dams. Lowering the water level and other steps already underway should significantly reduce the risk right away, but full repairs are expected to take about a year. State officials are predicting some impact on tourism around Lake Cumberland. Letter: No luck finding Buddy Sinclair yesterday Missing Cat Editor, I went back to McDonald's today (January 21, 2007) to look for Buddy Sinclair, the missing cat. I didn't see it any where. I'm a pet lover myself, and I know how I would feel if either of my pets were missing. I have two dogs. Butch, my Jack Russell Terrier, won't let me have a cat. I do hope the missing cat is found.
