Tragic three vehicle accident takes life of Adair Constable Constable Tony Grider pronounced dead at the scene. Three airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital. Toddler treated and released. Accident occurred on KY 61 between Interchange Construction site and Flat Woods. Burkesville Road closed for four hours The day dawned as one of the most beautiful spring days ever, but at 10:55am, May 17, 2006, a terrible tragedy occurred which won't be forgotten in many years.
