Columbia Police officers jail man on drug charges A traffic stop inside the City Limits of Columbia early Friday morning, April 14, 2006, resulted in the arrest of an Adair County man on drug charges. The charges included driving under the influence alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
