ITS TIME: Volunteers called to action for developing Adair Citizen Corps

My biggest fear is the very real threat of a flu pandemic. Our Government is telling those of us in Public Safety that if the Bird Flu makes one more link to humans, that our medical resources can be quickly overwhelmed. In that case, it is the home and family which must stand on its own and care for each other.
- David Rowland, Public Safety Coordinator for the Lake Cumberland Area Development District.
