Adair County Fiscal Court Report regular meeting, October 11, 2005 Transfer Station operation bids rejected; specifications to be rewritten, re-advertised for bids. The operation of the transfer station for the next 10 years is up in the air. It's big business, by Adair County standards. The contract is worth a minimum of $3 million to well over $4 million over the 10-year life of the contract.
