Luther Owen Frankum, 86, Fairplay Mason His wife, Dessie Page Frankum, survives Click on headline for complete obituary Services will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at 2pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home for Luther Owen Frankum of the Fairplay community. He passed away Saturday at his home after a short illness. He was a member of the Broadway Church of Christ in Campbellsville, a member of Morrison Lodge #76 in Elizabethtown and was a farmer and retired construction worker who worked on projects including the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, Wolf Creek Dam and Fort Knox.
