Full Nest Syndrome: The Cure

The energy I lost in third grade, the same day I lost my last baby tooth. The muscle mass that got trampled in the Zoo of life is forming again. Wow - even my little toe is starting to look like Twiggy's.

Finally, after years of broken New Year's resolutions left me searching for answers and will power, enter: Curves, Columbia's newest fitness place. The 30-minutes-a-day exercise program. I used to think of an exercising place as a resort: the last resort. Now it's the first thing I want to do when I wake. I've discovered fitness is fun.
