South Central Autos owner Dustin Brockman writes that his goals for the property at 511 Burkesville Street in Columbia are to build a nice building, the choices here are what he is looking at. He says he plans to use modern, direct lighting which has little to no impact past the lot itself. He plans to install security cameras for the safety of the community and neighbors. He says if the City should allow him to locate his business there, he will blacktop the lot and keep it clean and continue to keep the bank mowed - and be a good neighbor to all around him.
