ACHS Marching Band Week proclaimed in Columbia

The week of November 18 through November 22, 2019 has been proclaimed ACHS Band Week in Columbia by Mayor Pamela Hoots. The Adair County High School Marching Band was recently named the 2019 KMEA Class AAA State Champion. This was the band’s 24th state championship. Hoots said, "We appreciate the commitment of these students, staff, and parents to our community." Pictured with the Mayor are Baron Burton, Noah Flowers, Kara Turner, Sam Kemp, Band Director Tom Case, Dylon Mann, Tanner Stonecypher, Caroline Hardwick, Matt, and Michael Hancock.
