Inside Columbia's Homeless Shelter beside the 911 Center

2019-09-19 - Columbia - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Maggie Coleman of J.O.Y Ministries, wrote, "Thank you so much to all the churches, businesses, and individuals that have helped to make this happen. Thank you to our local government officials for your support. So thankful for the prayers, labor, monetary donations and donations of items and time that went into this. Special thanks to Stacey Hatcher Wilson for her support in so many ways and allowing us to share Cally’s story to hopefully help someone else. Especially thankful to God for His blessings and His timing in answering our years of prayers for this need. Please pray with us as we allow God to show His love to each person that passes through these doors."

I was blessed to have a small part in the homeless shelter and truly honored they named it after Cally. Her story will live on and hopefully help save many lives. Thank You JOY Ministries."

Anyone needing help may stop by the Crises Resource Center on Greensburg Street in Columbia during the day or call 911 in the evening.
