The warmer temperatures keep this continuing downpour from being snow, that's a good thing. This is the view of Jamestown Street looking toward the Public Square in Columbia, KY at 2pmCT on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. We are under a high-wind advisory and first responders are giving traffic advisories due to water over some roads in places that are vulnerable to it in times of heavy rain -- and they remind everyone to "turn around, don't drown."
