County Swearing In Ceremony - Adair Circuit Clerk and staff

Adair Circuit Clerk Dennis Loy was second to be sworn in at the official ceremony Sunday, January 6, 2019 surrounded by his family, and then by his staff who also took the oath of office with him. From left facing Judge Vance-Murphy are: AC Clerk Dennis Loy, his son Grant, wife Lisa, son Dustin and his wife and family and Lisa's mother Betty Smith. The Clerk's staff, with hands raised, in front, are: Josh Withers, Jenny Winchester, and Megan Coomer, and in back with hands raised are Jane Breeding, Susan Breeding and Holly Jessie.
