We missed the story on this fire, which appears to have occurred rather recently, maybe concurrently with a fire at a residential building immediately south of this marking place so many have used for three quarters of a century. The Hugh Squires Store was a memorable building. Photo Saturday, August 18, 2018. We hope to add more details to this information as known - will appreciate comments and clarification. - EW
