2018-08-13 - Pinewood Center, Will Walker Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, columbiamagazine.com.
The donation that pushed the Paz-Holley Project over the top of the home purchase goal was presented at Quality Personnel in Columbia which is now a branch of AtWork Personnel with 33 offices in six states. Monica Shuffett presented the check to Stacey Wilson who had made a challenge to businesses in July to help put the Paz Holley family of twelve into a home that would fit their number. From left are Lacey Bowen, Elizabeth White, Bonnie Irey, Robbie Bell and Monica Shuffett from Quality Personnel and Stacey Wilson, Rick Wilson, Dennis Loy, Jane Reed, Sandy Wilson and Robin Lewis from the Paz-Holley Project and J.O.Y. Ministries. Rick Wilson, chairman of the committee, presented an announcement of the arrival of the goal. Dennis Loy led a prayer of thanksgiving.
