This one has to go in the World Record Book of Guinnesses. Linda's little Honda almost auto-braked when this fencepost was spotted, not far from Blooming Chapel Brethren in Christ Church. It is so awe-inspiring we won't try to explain how it came to be - will just say that even though it is a bucket list achievement, it is not a life shortening one - rather it is encouragement for anyone in their withering, out-of-warranty years, that parts may fail but the whole endures. It is, too, confirmation that youthful beauty is an accident of nature, but beautiful old is a work of art. - EW
