With the exception of one huge vacancy, all members of the Adair County Board of Education's seats were filled at the May regular meeting on May 17, 2018. From left Daniel Adams (Division 2), Lauren McQuaide, Adair County's first ever Student School Board Member; Dr. Pamela Stephens, superintendent; Lisa Burton (Div. 3), Chair; Jonathan Gaskins (Divi 4); and Vice Chair Terry Harvey (Div 1). At left is the yet-to-be filled seat formerly occupied by a member who was so instrumental in conceptualizing the facilities improvements during his 18 transformative years as a board member, Mike Harris, who resigned when he moved out of the division he represented. Harris was recognized by the board for his contributions to Adair County schools.
