Rowe accepts position as new EDA Secretary

Kinzie Rowe, second from right, was elected the new Economic Development Authority (EDA) Secretary (after he had to leave the last meeting early and learned of his new office when he read it in the news). He accepted Chairman Mark Dykes' announcement in good humor at the start of today's meeting, 15 May 2018, took pen and paper in hand and began recording. The chairman advised he was most happy to turn the hard work over as it had fallen to him since Randy Burns moved away. Pictured at the close of the May meeting are, from left, Treasurer Ann Martin, Columbia Mayor Curtis Hardwick, Secretary Rowe and Chairman Dykes.
