Pam Hoots' commented at last night's Columbia City Council meeting included the need for a letter to go to contacts in ownership of the shopping center on Jamestown Street where Fiesta Mexico, is located. This view is looking toward mowers in front of Tractor Supply. Mayor Hardwick assured the council the proper contacts will be made. - LW
