Birds of KY: Should this zippety-do-dah bird be here???

A better Bluebird identifier's help is needed on this. Our ID from All About Birds indicated a blue bird species which should not be here, any more than snowy owls are supposed to be. But, for now, we're not saying so. Conclusion may be just based on ignorance. Any help on the ID will be appreciated. - EW

Corrections, Identifications, Comments:

Darryl Smith - Blue bird is actually Indigo Bunting. Kentucky is in center of its range
Billy Joe Fudge - Bird is Indigo Bunting, quite plentiful in Eastern U.S.
Dianne Wallace - Definitely Indigo Bunting. Has seen Indigo Bunting only 3 times in KY
Joyce Coomer Indigo Buntings particular about their homes; seemed to dislike well-manicured places
