Hungry Kids Cafe welcomed folks on first day

The Hungry Kids Cafe is separate from the Farmers Market but it shares the big lot provided by the City of Columbia on the corner of Campbellsville and Merchant Streets. By 8:15amCT it was already a busy place ready to offer free food to all children. The Cafe is done with all donations and volunteer work. The sign goes up later in the week and final touches will be done on the building so that by week two, full efficiency is expected. - LW
