Magistrate Harold Burton, Adair County District 1, was, as always, in fine spirits last night, displaying his trademark smile at the Tuesday, October 10, 2017 regular session of Adair Fiscal Court. One can rarely go to any event in District One or major event in any other District without encountering Magistrate Burton, whether it is a Drug Forum, a Fish Fry, a community work day, clean up, free tipping day at Transfer Station, and for sure, farmers markets and Downtown Festival. Pretty much the embodiment of the Adair County Way, a reminder that they also serve who are always there. - EW
