Minutes before CJE Mike Stephens, standing at podium, called the October 10 2017 Regular Session of the Adair Fiscal Court to order, Cynthia Rowe, standing on gallery floor, conferred with session recorder Gale Cowan. Rowe was in attendance as an advocate for the Adair County Food Pantry and the Adair Parks & Recreation Board. From left, above Magistrates Perry Reeder (District 4), Sammy Baker (3), Harold Burton, (CJE Stephens), (Cowan), and Magistrates Billy Dean Coffey (5), Greg Caldwell (6) and Terry Hadley (7). Treasurer Melinda Quinn would later join the group on stage, as would Adair County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin. Magistrate Daryl Flatt was absent because of the Schools' Fall Break. - EW
