Intersection KY 90/KY 61, Burkesville, KY closed

The closed intersection is constantly changing street scene theater, with the "pavement improvement" underway at a frenetic pace. But there are some big time interruptions, which can make one stop and think. A 'comb of nilla' at the Taystee Freeze, in sight here but by car a somewhat major trip, can taste even better in imaginings than it may actually be. The 'swimming hole' in the center of the photo gives a hint of the scope of the undertaking.
