Zac Lawson, a business administration student from Bloomfield, KY, receives a check for $750 and the chance to move on to the state level for earning second place for his business model 'Make My Day Meats, at the Idea State U Regional Competition held on March 29 at Lindsey Wilson College. Lawson was one of 45 students from seven college and universities competing in the event.
