Campbellsville HS & Elementary are Schools of Distinction

2017-01-12 - Campbellsville High School, 230 W Main, Campbellsville, KY - Photo by Calen McKinney, Public Information Officer, Campbellsville Independent Schools (CIS).

This School of Distinction banner hangs by the college and career readiness center at Campbellsville High School. Campbellsville elementary and high schools recently received School of Distinction banners from the Kentucky Department of Education. The schools, based on state testing results from the 2015-2016 school year, tested into the state's highest category - School of Distinction. This is the first time either school has received this designation, and, as a result of its high score, CHS ranks in the Top 20 of all Kentucky high schools. And, overall, Campbellsville Independent Schools is a Distinguished district.
