KY Afield Outdoors: Parklands wins award from KDFW

2016-12-08 - Jefferson Co., KY - Photo by Lee McClellan. Scott Martin, parks director of the Parklands of Floyds Fork in Jefferson County, paddles Floyds Fork Creek while prospecting for smallmouth bass last summer. The Parklands of Floyds Fork won the 2016 Statewide and Bluegrass Region Business Conservation Partner of the Year award from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources at a ceremony Dec. 1. Landowners across Kentucky were also honored for improvements on their property that benefit wildlife.
