ACES wins top attendance banner for 2015

2016-11-17 - Adair County Board of Education Conference Room, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com (c).

Adair County Elementary School (ACES) Principal Steve Burton, Dean of Students Robbie Harmon, and ACES Assistant Principal Sommer Blair hold the attendance banner awarded their school as the highest attendance winners in the District for the 2015-2016 school year, with a 95.79% attendance. Principal Burton holds a plaque he received; a similar one was given to Sommer Blair. The presentation was made during the Thursday, November 17, 2016, regular meeting of the Adair County School Board. - EW
