Peaceful moment at Trabue-Russell House

This peaceful scene, an old oil lamp on a polished wood table, looks out into the beautiful maple trees in the yard at the City of Columbia's historic Trabue-Russell house. The interior of the house is getting an update thanks to volunteer Vonnie Kolbenschlag who has worked with the City staff and Lindsey Wilson College Bonner Scholars to give it much-needed attention. There is plenty more to do, especially on the upstairs, and volunteers are always welcome to help preserve our heritage.
