Ohio woman missing from Lake Cumberland

2016-05-07 - Jamestown, KY - Photo from Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KYI. COLUMBIA, KY – The Kentucky State Police are asking for public assistance in attempting to locate 52-year-old Wendy L. Augustine, Above of West Chester, Ohio. Augustine was last seen on a houseboat at the Lake Cumberland State Dock today at approximately 12:40amCT. v She was last seen wearing a black skirt, white tank top, gold chain with cross necklace and rings on each hand. Augustine is a 5'5", 140 pound, white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. If anyone has any information, please contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555. - Tpr. Nick Hale is investigating.
