Where is it? Steep, snowy, curvy hill roadway

It looks like dozens of downhill roadway scenes in the 7-County area. There are similar scenes in Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell and Taylor Counties. But this scene is in only one of those counties, in only one place. From the condition of the guardrail, it appears to have many stories it could tell, if roads could talk.
