Sheriff Moss presents $32,115.58 excess fees check

Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss presented a check in the amount of $32,115.58 as a return of excess fees for the year 2014. The sheriff's office is one of two fee-based offices which collects fees as prescribed by law, has expenses regulated by Fiscal Court, and returns excess fees to the general treasury each year.
