Epicurean Kentuckian: New Multi-Grain Bread ready for FM2

2015-01-09 - Tuckers Station Farm, 1535 Bull Run Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Barbara Armitage.
"This is the best Multi Grain bread I've ever made - and it only took me two years of tinkering with recipes to finally get it right. Made with whole grain wheat, oat flour, whole rolled oats and sweetened with local honey this bread is wonderfully moist and delicious. No artificial anything ever goes in my breads. This is just one of the new items you'll find at the 2015 season of the Farmer's Market on the Square. Take heart: winter can't last forever. It's only 84 more days to the Grand Opening of the Farmer's Market on the Square, Saturday, April 4, 2015. Located in the parking lot of the Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. For more information contact Barbara Armitage at 270-250-2979," She adds, "I gotta tell you - I think product development is the best part of my job. A Multi Grain bread that certainly rates 4-stars and only 2 years and hundreds of loaves in the baking!," Barbara Armitage writes.
