Three Favorite People caught making Downtown Beautiful

2014-05-29 - By the Fountain, Downtown, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ellen Zornes.
Just happened to catch three of my favorite people doing what they do best . . . making our town beautiful! These unsung heroes come out every year to plant and take care of the downtown flowers and spread some cheer around. And they have a good time doing it. Lovely, ladies, simply lovely! They are the Famous Three Marys -(Mary) Lucille Lemmon (Lucille Lemmon's legal name is Lucille Lemmon, but the three are seen together so often her daughter suggested changing or adding Mary to her name), Mary Sharp, and Mary Knight. - Ellen Zornes
