LeAnna Bennett, Director addresses graduates

2014-02-28 - Hodge Center, 402 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY - Photo CM Staff Photo.
LeAnna Bennett Director of the Adair Adult Education Center since it came under the umbrella of the KCTC and Somerset Community College, told the audience gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of 40 GED High School graduates, that credit for the event belonged to the students - many of whom made tremendous sacrifices to complete requirements, and to the wonderful staff she's been able to assemble. But that humility didn't stop others from heaping credit on the dyanamo behind the program, now among the top in the state of Kentucky. In addition to the 40 HS diplomas, the center also awarded 17 National Career Readiness Certificates. - Ed Waggener
