Scenic Marion Co., KY: Lebanon House with Daffodils

2013-02-22 - US 68/KY 55, Lebanon, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener.
Over the years in passing, I've watched the changes in this house, as Lebanon's new Walmart center was built across the road, on through the building of the bypass where I turn to head north to Shelbyville and see the grandchildren. It has stood silently, in stately grandeur, a reminder of what has been in other days and for me and many others, a delightful marking place along the journey. I was on a work trip and couldn't head north for the grandkids, but did take a moment to stop for a photo, which turned into several photos and a joyous discovery of a March Lily patch! - Linda Waggener
