Ringing the bell for Salvation Army Christmas Kettles

2012-11-17 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Ellen Zornes.
Joyce Pyles
and Brenda Hancock take their turn along with others from Trinity United Methodist Church Saturday to 'ring the bell' for the Salvation Army Christmas Kettles. The kettles are in full swing at both Walmart and IGA locations...just waiting for caring community volunteers to ring the bell. We particularly need volunteers at both locations for Wednesday, November 21, 2012, the day before Thanksgiving and the biggest grocery shopping day of the year! If you would like to volunteer for Wednesday or any day, just call Ellen Zornes at 270-384-3400 or 270- 250-3400. And help us help others right here in our own community this year. - Ellen Zornes
