B>Geniece Marcum shared this photo of Monterey CA, Pacific Coast, taken recently by her great nephew Michael Reed, son of Tom and Patti Wangelin Reed. The location in the photo looks much like the one in a scene in the 1982 film Cannery Row, from John Steinbeck's novel by that name, starring Nick Nolte and Debra Winger. The character Hazel, played by Frank McRae, sat against a tree trunk like these with the ocean in the background, when he said to Mack and the boys, "I don't wanna be no president." - Linda Waggener
