Sparky's Concert scheduled to start at 1pmCT, September 8, 2012, at the Adair County Fairgrounds, 413 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY, makes grants from the Crusade for Children like the one celebrated above, the dedication of the Charles Sparks Memorial School Bus, No. 16, possible. Money given by Adair Countians comes back to Adair County on a dollar-for-dollar basis!
