Lindsey Water Tower looks smaller, nearer

Jimmy Harper notices it each time he drives north on Jamestown Street. The Lindsey Wilson Water Tower appears larger, top photo at the Jamestown Street and Hurt Street Intersection light than it does one-tenth of a mile closer at the light at Jamestown Street and Russell Road. Something here for the kiddies to learn about optical science, just to learn about why the moon appears huge some days, and some days tiny, the same distance away.
