First Bicycle Friendly sticker in Downtown Columbia, KY

2011-11-09 - 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Coach Dave Grigsby. LWC photo.
Bicycle Friendly Downtown Columbia, KY: "We have placed our first decal at the Cafe on the Square in Downtown Columbia, KY," Dave Grigsby writes. "I also have commitments from some bicycle shops in both Lexington and Nashville. We are putting together a simple donation box with suggested donation of $2 and a graphic showing that we would like to see people place them on mailboxes or storefronts, and will be setting them up at places like Cafe on the Square, in the coming days." The decals were the idea of Jerry Holt, President of the Columbia Rotary Club. They were roughly designed by Lindsey Wilson Cycling Coach Dave Grigsby and refined by Venus Popplewell in the Communications Department at Lindsey Wilson College. For more information on the stickers, contact Coach Grigsby at 606-524-8808
