Kentucky Color: Optical Illusion?

2010-08-10 - Photo by Billy Joe Fudge, Retired Kentucky District Forester. District 3, Adair Co., KY
World Famous Leaning Water Tower of Columbia, KY?"From high atop Substation Hill at the intersection of the Columbia By-pass and South 55 the new Holladay Place Water tower appears to be leaning in a threatening manner toward the Wal-Mart Supercenter. There is much about physics I don't yet know and how topography, a camera and a highly untrained cameraman can produce an illusion of this magnitude is beyond me. -Billy Joe Fudge.
